Joining the Talent Pool
The talent pool helps us to identify individuals that we think are a good match to the requirements of a position. If you join our talent pool, your uploaded documents and previous applications are indexed and made available to People and Organisational Development staff through the results of talent pool searches.
If a search of our talent pool identifies you as a good prospect for an advertised position then we may contact you to find out whether you are interested in applying for the vacancy. If you would like to be advised automatically of vacancies of potential interest, we recommend that you create a job alert. Instructions on how to do this can be found in our expressions of interest webpage.
By joining the talent pool, you acknowledge that the information you have provided will be used for the purposes of assessing you for any relevant vacancies linked to your chosen career choices. From time to time, we may also contact you to provide you with specific information of interest to you, including information about your chosen areas of interest, school, institute, section or college as identified in your talent pool details.
The information will only be made available to staff directly involved in the hiring process and will not be used for any other purpose without your express permission.
